One of the earlier investment books I’ve read was “One Up on Wall Street” by the legendary fund manager Peter Lynch. In the book, he spoke about 6 types of companies. Over the years, the awareness of the categories taught me how do I assess them and what are the critical factors to analyse. On Twitter, Venkatesh Jayaraman kindly did a simple flowchart to explain it. I found it very easy to understand.
