ABOUT KELVESTOR

Kelvestor.com is an investment blog, sharing personal insights to the world of investing from full-time investor, Kelvin Seetoh.

From sharing findings of Kelvin’s daily research of businesses and companies to the love of exploring life in general. He aims to use this platform to share his humble opinions on various topics and grow further as an investor, reflecting more and making better decisions.

BACKGROUND

Back in 2011, at the young age of 19, Kelvin was fortunate enough to pick up investing during his time at Temasek Polytechnic. After graduating, he was offered a place at a local university with full scholarship sponsored by the government.

To the dismay of my friends and family, he gave up the scholarship to pursue a full time job conducting value investing courses and became an analyst working for a fund (AUM USD >$25m) for more than a year. Kelvin left the job in late-April 2018 to become a full-time investor and never looked back.

Now as a full-time investor with close to 10 years of experience in growth investing, he has grown his humble portfolio to be worth well over half a million dollars.

Kelvin has also been featured and presented his opinions on Channel NewsAsia’s Money Mind, AsiaOne, and SharesInv.com.

On a personal note, Kelvin loves to read and ride his unicycle. His reading interests include entrepreneurial activities, history, current affairs, politics, finance, and technology. You can find his reading list here.
