SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
ORDERS
We endeavour to ship your order within 1-2 working days upon receipt of payment. Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for delivery via local registered mail.
All orders are final upon receipt of payment and shipment. However, you may make changes to your order before shipment by emailing us at official10xcapital@gmail.com.
If you prefer to purchase and collect our products in person, contact us at official10xcapital@gmail.com.
BULK & SPECIAL ORDERS
For large orders and quantities, self-collection, cash or cheque payments, please contact us directly at official10xcapital@gmail.com. Payment and shipping terms shall be arranged later.
PAYMENTS & TAX
Currently, we only accept payments via PayNow Bank Transfers. Payments will be made to our PayNow linked Corporate Bank Account that is registered with 10x Capital Pte Ltd.
Please send all payments on PayNow to our Unique Entity No. (UEN), which is 201827671K
Ensure “10X CAPITAL PTE. PTD.” appears in the search results, enter the amount to send based on your checkout (including shipping fees) and then send payment.
Once payment is received on our end, we will ship the product to you (1-2 Working Days).
As 10x Capital Pte Ltd is not GST registered, we do not collect any GST or additional tax.
DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE
After an order has been placed and payment received, we will email you a shipping confirmation notice once your order is shipped. Unfortunately, tracking is not available.
We ship all our orders via Singpost Registered Mail, using their SmartPac option. This will take 2-3 working days to deliver upon shipping confirmation. All orders will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $3.80, additional fees will be incurred for multiple quantities.
Self-collection for orders placed on this website are not available.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders via the website are geo-restricted to Singapore only. If you are an overseas customer interested in purchasing any of our products, please email us directly at official10xcapital@gmail.com. Shipping and payment terms shall be arranged later.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS & REFUNDS
All orders are final upon placement and payment. No cancellation, exchange, returns or refunds will be entertained unless due to product defect and approved by us.
Cancellation of orders and refunds can also occur due to supplier constraints and/or by our discretion. We apologise if this happens and your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or Cheque as soon as possible.
CARE & WARRANTY
We are not responsible for any damage and/or injury caused due to misuse or improper usage of our products.
All of our products and services carry a 6 month warranty against any manufacturer defect only. This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore.
