A Strong Reminder

My background is that of a Normal Academic stream student and I took the risky path forgo my scholarship and university degree to work full time as an analyst.

Last night, I had a painful reminder that I need to work double effort and ensure that I continue to stay ahead of my peers. There were several articles stating that university students are finding difficulties securing a job, SMEs expectations are rock bottom and there is a gap between skill and a piece of paper. I guess it is about having the paper qualification that provides certainty.

Kelvin, better get CFA because it enhances your knowledge. Never ever give up on yourself no matter what are the challenges, push on and continue developing.
